In using this website you agree to the terms and conditions stated below which may be changed by us without notice. It is advisable that you check these terms and conditions regularly, making you aware of any changes. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our services without notice.

Use of Cookies

Use of this site

The Crep Customiser can suspend, alter, restrict or terminate at any time access to or use of this site. We prohibit the misuse of this website. Any unsolicited advertising or promotional material (SPAM) will be seen as a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. The Crep Customiser will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and disclose your identity to them. Terms of offering to purchase a product are subject to the terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. When you place an order you undertake that all the details you give us are accurate and that you are the authorised user of the credit or debit card being used.


The personal information you provide us when placing an order, registering for our newsletter or “my account” is up to date, true, current and accurate in all respects. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that personal details are correct prior to finalizing an order.

Terms of Sale

We have a right to refuse or withdraw a sale/order if:

  • The details you have given us are incorrect
  • You do not have sufficient funds to pay for your order
  • Misuse of the website
  • Breach of copyright
  • Goods are out of stock or unavailable


It is important for us to protect our customer’s personal payment details using the highest security level.

  • The Crep Customiser does not keep a copy of your payment details.
  • All transactions, through debit or PayPal account made on this website are made via PayPal. PayPal is PCI compliant. Therefore is PCI compliant.

Cancelling your order

Once production starts, unfortunately we will not be able to cancel and refund orders for any reason, this is because all items are custom made to order. We will only be able to cancel a transaction if we haven’t yet started production and are notified within the first 72 hours of the purchase and will incur a £45 cancellation fee.

Discount Codes 

If item/s are purchased using a discount code, the discounted sum will be deducted accordingly should a refund be required. Only 1 discount code can be used at a time and not in conjunction with any other sale or promotion.

Member Discounts

After your first purchase you will automatically be registered as a member and agree to the terms and conditions set out by The Crep Customiser. Delivery charges are excluded from member discounts. Refunds will be offered in accordance to the returns policy, the returns policy does not affect your statutory rights. Members will be refunded the discounted price paid excluding delivery charges. Member discounts will not be applied during sale periods and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion other than free delivery offers.

Member Feedback/Reviews

When submitting feedback or reviews and suggestions to us you are giving us permission to use your feedback in a respectable manner to enhance the service we offer you. Names will be kept anonymous unless written consent is given by you to print your name and area details.

Your account

It is your responsibility to ensure that all passwords and login details remain securely safe with you. We do not retain your password and do not take responsibility for misuse of this facility.

Pricing and availability

Though we try to ensure accuracy in pricing and descriptions of our products errors may occasionally occur. If we discover an error we will try to inform you as soon as possible, offering you the option to re confirm your order or cancel. On cancellation a full refund will be offered.

Delivery and returns

This is a retail website and all prices are retail prices. All prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery is charged in addition. Delivery charges will be listed separately on the payment pages. Dispatch times vary according to availability, but it’s usually 10-14 days. Guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal strikes or events not in our control for which we are not responsible. We will notify you through e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

Should an item/s be out of stock, we will inform you of when it will become available. We will dispatch item/s that are available at the time of placing your order. You will not be charged further delivery costs for delayed item/s; these will be dispatched to you as soon as they are available.

You are liable for postage costs when returning items back to us. Please ensure that you obtain proof of purchase. We recommend you return your package through a registered post allowing you to track your package ensuring it arrives to us safely. Please refer to our returns policy for further information on sending item/s back and the contra-indications.

It is important that you check contra-indications to delivery times these may change without prior notice

Deliveries to EU after Brexit

The UK left the European Union on 31 January 2020. The transition period that was in place ended on 31 December 2020.

As a result of Brexit, there are changes to your consumer rights when buying online from businesses in the UK. This is the case even though the EU and UK have agreed a Trade and Cooperation Agreement (pdf).

We will take all reasonable care available to us to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

Please be aware that your personal information may be disclosed if it is requested by the police or other regulatory authorities as required by law. We will endeavor to notify you should this be a requirement but cannot guarantee this according to circumstantial cases.
