Return Policy 

Please note, all of our products are custom made to order. This means we do not keep stock. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, I strive to make my customers happy, so if there’s anything I can do, I will. 

Please be aware some of our trainers are hand painted using high quality leather paint, whilst some of them are hand stitched using superior quality fabrics and leather. We aim to ensure that our products are finished to the highest standard with a protective layer, to ensure durability. However as the items are handmade, rigorous use is not advised. 

In some cases before we start, we will draw up your creation and tweak it until you are 100% satisfied with the design. (This would be a direct commission made through the ‘Custom Enquiry’ page, or if you have contacted us personally). 

We will only accept returns in very limited circumstances if there is a defect with your order upon arrival, this does not include wrong sizing. However each shoe goes through an in depth quality check before being sent out, so this is unlikely. You should provide us with clear photo evidence of the defect. If you have worn the shoes, we will not issue refunds. Please request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not pay for any return shipping costs and if your product appears to be worn on arrival, you will be responsible for the shipping costs back to you.

In the unlikely event a return/exchange/refund is needed, the return address will be provided to you after arranging the most suitable solution.

Please note, we will photograph your customs before we ship them to you and therefore we will know if you have purposely damaged them in order to get a refund. It is highly unlikely that there will be any defect as we would not send out defective shoes.

Any refundable amount should reach you in 4-5 working days.
